Article II

Article II tells us about internet Explorer’s problems with resizing fonts set in pixels, or rather lack of.
With a font-size of 100%, all the elements in our page are sized relative to the browser’s default type size. Its important to use margins and padding to ventilate our design. Don’t just focus on the size of the element, but also at the relationship of that size to the element’s container. Other challenges face web designers, most of which come when you introduce fixed content.
